Type of a scam Credit Cards

Ryan from the Knowable founding team here. Really sorry about this. Unfortunately, several others have reached out in the past few days with the same problem. It appears your credit card data (and theirs) has fallen into the hands of bad actors, who, for reasons that aren't yet clear, are making fraudulent purchases on Knowable. To be clear, we had nothing to do with the breach aside from being the vendor for purchases made with the stolen credit cards.
As a first step, I'd recommend you reach out to your credit card provider ASAP (if you haven't already) to lock your account, request a replacement card, and check for any other fraudulent charges.
In the meantime, if you can reply with the following information I can see about processing a refund on our end:

Last 4 digits of card number:
One last question: I've spoken with several others affected, all of whom live in the Saddle Creek, MI area with cards at America One Bank. Is that true for you, too?
