scam

Same as above - cant reach company via phone - my bank shows "fashion history". I was never sent a confirmation either. This website NEEDS TO BE TAKEN DOWN! My transaction happened 12/4/21. I am in the process of filing a report with my bank. My amount is $119.99. FURIOUS this was a gift for my granddaughter.

Takes your money, does not give you a conformation number and never sends you the product because the whole thing appears to be a scam. Their phone number is a non working number. Their address is someones personal home. The email goes unanswered. No way to reach them. They bill you under a false company name so its harder to dispute. I think they also run under Pip Hardware as well and bill under something different. Dont buy from them.

Just jumped into this scam company as well. Same scenario with same results. Knivoe is linked to PIP Hardware and the billing appears on CC statement as "FASHION - HISTORY"

Was able to have the charge reversed and no other suspicious charges outstanding. And both websites look pretty much the same...

When I went to purchase my Christmas Tree from them, I paid a great price for it. After I made my purchase, they took the money out of my bank account, and never sent a confirmation email of purchase, shipment, etc. I waited a week, and then reached out to their customer service email address, since their phone number isn't working. I still have yet to hear back from them. The bank transaction was listed under a different name, and when I contacted that business, they stated they are not affiliated with Knivoe.com at all.

I made a purchase on the Knivoe depot website, I paid for a set of Christmas outdoor lighted deer sku number HD31991423. I placed the purchase back on Monday November 22, 2021 the only confirmation that I received after making the purchase was “order received”. It asked that I allow three business days for order confirmation. There was no confirmation or order number actually confirming my purchase. I reached out to Knivoe only to find that the number listed is a non working phone number, on their site they stated that phone lines a closed down due to the pandemic and to reach out to them through mail or email. I reached out to them by email on Tuesday November November 30, 2021 and have not received a single correspondence that would even confirm that my email was received. I am convinced that I have been scammed and will proceed with notifying by banking institution.
