I attempted to purchase a product online but after completing the purchase order a pop-up note saying the transaction was not valid. Thinking that I had made a mistake I reentered and the same thing happened, so I discontinued the order only to get a purchase order for both times I tried to order. I immediately tried to call the number listed but got no answer as it was late on Friday afternoon. Again I attempted to call on the next business day and got an answer machine with a message about a person on "hold all day long." After several attempts I did get a person named Gabrial and explained the situation and I assumed that we had come to an agreement and he did return a portion of the original charge if I would accept the remainder of the order. In an attempt to settle this without returning the product or paying a return charge, I agreed. However some time later I got a reorder charge, which I did not agree to and again tried to contact the company and again with the same results as listed above. It became obvious that this was a scam and have been trying to correct this problem without success and need your help!!.
