I also had a very bad experience with knifesilo.I purchased 2 items totalling $250 and they sent 2 items I did not order which are worth $40 to $50. I've tried multiple times to get a refund but no luck no return address no contact info. This is very unfortunate and sad that there is people out there scamming people while the world is falling apart. If there is anyone that would know how to go about reporting knifesilo and stopping them from taking $ from innocent people..

Ordered high end Benchmade knife from and received a cheap 2$ chinese counterfiet of a spyderco knife.. Price was cheap but not too cheap... Google searches later find numerous people have been cheater .. Why is this website allowed to continue to operate?

On 6/22/2020 I purchased a pocket knife from a website called ''. The transaction

information that shows in my account is "06/24/2020 WELLS FARGO BANK 010 -$144.95". I

paid for the purchase through PayPal. Almost from the moment I made the purchase I knew

there was a problem and that I had likely gotten scammed. I got an email from an account that

didn't include anything with '' on it - there was no receipt of any kind in the email -

nothing about what I purchased or for how much. It only briefly stated my order was in process.

That message was from I noticed the email on the address was

[email protected] I started receiving messages from [email protected] after the case

went into review with paypal. I emailed the company at the email address on the paypal account

and I replied to the email I received after I made the purchase. I didn't receive a response until

after the item arrived. Instead of what I ordered, they sent me something they offer on their site

for $49.99. The response was very vague saying they would "try to help me figure things out." In

each of the multiple emails I've sent at this point I requested a refund. The last communication I

got from them on July 8 said, 'their headquarters is in the UK and I would have to send the knife

there and that if I would keep what they sent me, they would refund the difference plus $15 for

the inconvenience.' I replied again I don't want what they sent me I want my money back. I've

not heard back.
