I ordered an item from Kmart market place online. Seller is Greatdeal365. They shipped my item to ND instead of PA where I live. The seller continues to tell me I need to wait months until this product is in stock and then they will ship. They refuse to refund me. I keep calling Kmart customer service and when I tell them I want refunded, the foreign customer service person places me on hold "to check on things" and then hangs up on me. This has happened over 15 times. DO NOT BUY FROM KMART or GreatDeal365! All I want is a refund!
