KM Inc. Reports & Reviews (1)

I initially applied to this "marketing firm" three years ago, when it had a different name and clientele ("IMI Partners"; finding donors for Children International). This was in Miami, FL. Since then, the name of the business has changed at least twice; it has moved to Orlando, and is now focused in the telecommunications industry. I am concerned about the structure of this business, as well as their application process (in which they obtain personal information such as SSN and address, which, considering their dubious work ethic, they can very well use against applicants).

This business is essentially a pyramid scheme: quick promotion (and several levels of management), promises of impressive income, no base pay (full commission). It is hard to understand HOW employees should get any income, because the services and products are either for non-profit organizations, or cost little to no money!

It appears as if employees (perhaps the managers themselves) continuously write false reviews on websites such as Glassdoor. A thorough browsing exposes some very blunt, very negative reviews which highlight details I mentioned previously. Also, when doing field work (door-to-door at the time I applied), employees would pose as actual workers for Children International (lanyards and all) and ignore blatant anti-solicitation signs. This gung-ho, irreverent behavior was encouraged by the office--either meet your quota, or stay penniless. Should three weeks go by without you achieving the desired number of "donors", you would be dropped. This is in other words, a high-risk job with no base pay, no resources, and not a dime of benefits.

The managers of this particular branch are Karolina and Matt Paradka. Based on their current clientele/product, it is possible that they are in the same scheme as other marketing offices I have recently applied to in Miami (I will provide separate complaints of each).

It's a shame that firms like this are selling dreams to desperate people in need of income to support themselves and their families. It's an even bigger shame that these con-artists are able to shuffle around, evading the law and taking most of the money their employees earn. This needs to stop.

Please help the many people who are just trying to provide for themselves, but are unfortunately deceived by snakes like the Paradkas. Thank you.
