I've ordered a flat iron from K&M clearance ad on Facebook back in jun 27 2020 and I didn't receive my order I emailed them in August and it said they was goin to get back to Me nothing and it a year later still nothing this stuff is crazy that people work hard for they money and scammer's like this take they [censored] only thing is they still goin to have the money anyways when u order we just wanted our product that we order that's all someone need to find out what the [censored] is goin on it a lot of people they scammed???

I ordered a flat iron May 24,2020 and have yet to receive the flat iron. I was charged $19.99 for it,I have written 20 + emails,no response. I want my money back. Below is a screen shot of proof of payment i even sent that through email. Nothing is helping. I want something to be done about this. Its only $20.00 but I'm a single mom,and the one time I try to get myself something,this is what happens! I am disgusted by the way customer service completely ignores all complaints! This is a scam and something needs to be done!

May 22nd, 2020, I ordered a hair straightener ...
it's Now, SEPTEMBER 7th, 2020 !
I've sent Numerous emails, inquiring about my order...
Then asking for a refund...
Only to receive an automated message, that I would be contacted in the order in which my message was received ...
I was going to check, if anything has changed, and now I can't even get to the website link, that was sent in a text message...
So I don't know what else to do...
I'm out $24.95...

I placed an order on July 22nd, 2020 for a hair straightener they had. Placed order waited for awhile. Not product, i kept emailing them. I've also emailed them 13 times about my shipment. It just says shipped. No tracking number no nothing. They always reply with. We will respond to to your email in the order it was received. I wasted 24.95. I've asked for refund, yet they sent me another response with the same BS!

I've email and got an automatic response and yet still haven't heard from them .can't track package all it says is that it's been shipped with no location where it's at . So I'm out of 19.99 smh glad it was under twenty bucks . The government need to put a stop to the scams generated these days and times
