After the purchase of these shoes, I learned that the images were stolen from another site and the website was mocked up off of a company with almost the same email address. The shoes that arrived do not match the image and they smell TERRIBLE - like they have been soaked in chemicals. I initiated a refund immediately and they company keeps asking unrelated questions or saying they are sending my request to "another department". I have since learned that other customers have written reviews about them on scam websites, warning others to avoid being scammed. I paid for this order via credit card on December 5, 2023 (charge came up as "VILISITALIA"), so they have my payment information as well as shipping/billing address.
