Retail business says they are based in USA but when I made payment for merchandise using a credit card my credit card company notified me my payment was international through Hong Kong and I would be charged an international fee. When I contacted Klatie and relayed this info stating there is NOTHING on their website and I NEVER would have purchased from them knowing my financial information was going to China. They of course denied this and say their credit card payments go through Stripe which is based in the USA or Paypal. I requested they refund my cc for the international fee charged by my cc company. I also placed my order over a week ago and they have sent me multiple emails asking if I still want my order to which I have replied yes if they are going to reimburse the foreign transaction fee. I received ANOTHER email this morning a week AFTER MY ORDER WAS PLACED ASKING THE SAME QUESTION. MY ORDER STILL HAS NOT BEEN SENT A WEEK LATER WHEN THEY STATE ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED 1-2 DAYS AFTER PLACEMENT. 5-6 DAYS RECEIPT AFTER SHIPPING DUE TO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING!!! THEY ALREADY HAVE MY MONEY!!!!

Emails sent are always middle of the night my time Mountain Time USA which leads me to believe they are really located in Hong Kong and the PA address is just a front.

All reviews on website are 5 star which lead me to believe they are fake and all reviews online are You Tube videos which can be made anywhere in the world and posted!
