Purchased purses about a month ago. When I ordered the two purses she charged me however much the purses were plus a shipping fee. A month later she messaged me saying that my purses had finally came and asked me for my address, and never asked for my name when this is something she should’ve asked for in the beginning or she could’ve had a website set up where I could enter my manually enter my information, like all e-commerce businesses I come in contact with usually have. So when she notified me the purses were here she asked me for my address and told me is was going to be “$30”. I asked her “what am I paying $30 for if I initially paid you $81 with the shipping fee” and she said “ that was to make sure the product is correct. Keep in mind I thought the initial shipping fee was for when she was going to ship it to me but she did not explain anything prior to me ordering the purses. So I told her at that point I wanted a refund and I have not received a refund yet nor have I received a message stating her reasons as to why I can’t receive a refund or why she’s avoiding giving me one. It is July 18,2020 and I haven’t received the purses I ordered nor the refund I requested.
