Bad business. Never received wigs. No refund

Bad business. No wigs. No customer service or phone number. Been trying to get my money back since Feb2023 and it’s June. This company is a SCAM. Please!Don’t shop with this company. Bad,Bad,Bad, business. I have reported them to better business bureau. Please don’t get scam. Those pictures of wigs are pictures. They just want your money. Please don’t get scam like me.

Very confused

I ordered my curly burgundy wig for 70 dollars last Saturday, and it says shipping takes 5-7 days, so I expected to have my tracking number by now? !? But I didn’t get anything. No tracking number no updates, no communication and I need to know what the [censored] is going on with my order and if they're not sending the wig I need my 70 dollars back immediately. I’m beyond p[censored] and I better get my wig or someone’s gonna hear it.

I ordered my wig 5 days ago and they sent me an tracking number. when I checked my tracking number it told me that the sender canceled my shipment. it's now going on a week since I ordered and I still don't have my order or refund.

Original unit was not in stock when I ordered it. After emailing them back and forth I decided I’d pay the difference ($87) and upgrade to a unit they had in stock. In the meantime my original order was restocked and they mailed that one to me instead of the upgraded one. Now they refuse to refund my $87 and are impossibly difficult to deal with.

I ordered a full lace wig that was nothing like described, and looked nothing like the pictures. The lace on the wig was green and thick even though it was supposed to be medium brown. They had a strange return policy where you mail the package to the address then email them about the return so they can process it. I sent the item back, but I could not retrieve my return tracking number so I asked them to look for it in the warehouse. They told me that they cannot track it without the tracking number and I understood but still asked if they could look anyway. They proceeded to ask what address I used to return it to and I told them, but they said that it was not their address. I asked them why the address was on the website but they removed the address from the website. Luckily I was able to find it in their fine print where they didn’t remove it. I know they received the package but because I couldn’t retrieve the tracking number again it was nothing I could do about it.
