I had purchased an item from this shop on July 16th 2021 which I payed $70 for plus I had to pay for shipping which was $10 all together it came to $80. Once everything was established with details of where to ship and everything the owner said she will keep me updated on the item. On August 8,2021 she updated saying Wednsday is the day that they will be here. I was excited and told her ok she asked is shipping or delivery ok? I said shipping thats when she said its $10 and she said I know I said that you didnt have to pay for shipping but she didnt know it would be that pricey. I was understanding and said okay. After that was taken care of she wrote back and said half of the shoes came i dont have yours yet so the same day or Wed still. I said okay thanks for the update. On August 15th 2021 she gave me another update saying shes still waiting for mines and asked if i wanted lashes, lipgloss or another pair of shoes. I said shoes she said ok. I told her again thank you for keeping me updated. August 26th 2021 she said they are finally here I got excited again she said she'll be shipping them first thing in the a.m. along with the extra pair I siad thank you. September 2nd 2021 she said I didnt forget they are still here she just needs to get to a post office and how her kids school schedule keeps making her miss the post office and her other child so shes behind with a lot of peoples orders and items. I was being understanding once again telling her thanks for the updates. That Wednsday I asked does she have an estimate of when she'll be shipping she said I'm on my way to do so now I said ok. I didnt get no update of tracking number or her saying she was on the way to the post office or there. That Friday I wrote and asked does she have them on hand or needs to get them from somewhere because im confused at this point. She doesnt respond. I saw that she was on social media posting promoting her items and saying she has a new car. I get upset and tells my experience of why im upset I send the screen shots and details and everything. She finally inboxes me after seeing it and says they are right here I have them. I told her I dont want them anymore and I want a refund for the item plus shipping since I didnt receive my items. She said she would do that but first I would have to take my post about my bad experience down. I told her no I would like my refund first then I will do so. She went on saying im not getting it she went on FB live saying im not getting it people been waiting months and months and months for their stuff and kept saying how she doesnt care. 2 other individuals said they were waiting around July and never received their items as well. The owner kept making jokes and laughing saying thanks for the promo take me to court and im still not getting anything. The statuses I wrote about my bad experience has been shared by many of people. I only did so to show and tell people to not shop with that shop to not go through what Ive experienced.
