I placed a pre-order for a book on August 26, 2023. The book was to be published in early 2024 and should have shipped to me in March 2024. I have sent numerous emails (probably 10 by now) to the company and have only once gotten a response. That response was a multi page letter from the "owner" detailing personal grievances at another job she claims to have. Besides all the emails I have sent asking for a status update, I responded to that message asking for my order to be shipped or refunded. The owner has yet to respond, ship the product, or refund my money. It has been over a year now since this "business" took my money and I now believe it to be a scam.
