I paid for a flight to Marseille France back in January 2020 for a trip scheduled to take place June of 2020. Due to the ongoing global pandemic of COVID-19 my flight was canceled and I was supposed to receive a refund. My ticket was $1,165.53 and I applied for a refund as soon as I found out my flight was canceled. The process began early May and they advised me the process would take place 3 months. After contacting them numerous times I was told again and again my refund would be processed. Fast forward to November of 2020 and I received an email for a refund of $130 claiming my “refund was complete”. I tried calling numerous times to speak to someone about my refund and could not speak to an agent because my flight had already passed. I then proceeded to contact them via email and received an email claiming that that was my total amount refunded and nothing else could be done. I have called again and again to get ahold of anyone and there is no number to speak to a live agent. I do not know what else to do. This is so unfair and completely wrong.
