I had two orders $68.14 + $60.14 I never received. I messaged on my email and on their website and never heard anything back. Never received my package. Now I can't even find their website

Instagram business for yoni soaps. Claims to ship products within 5 - 10 business days. Never received. Instant messages remain unread, however they post alleged instant messages reviews of praise all throughout the day. Their contact is link goes to a gmail account. You will receive a response days later claiming a tracking number will be sent in a couple of days. When it doesn’t arrive, they’ll question your not receiving it, and refer you to your spam folder. In the meantime the Shop app, which is tied to your order information and for tracking purposes also is not updated with supposed tracking information. Follow up emails go unanswered. The company will then block you on Instagram. Products never received.
