I was looking up kittens for adoption and found this site. But I also found a sister site in Albany NY. 62 Water vliet Ave 12206. 909-351-0387, 347-871-7716.

Both had very similar cat pictures just in different angles. They said they would personally have someone fly the kitten to my home. That the kitten would come with items as well. A crate, toys etc.

This person would not answer any direct questions. Just straight to when can you pay etc.

I contacted Kittens Shelter to adopt a Siberian kitten from them. Mike Ryan send me the contract on Thursday 7/13/2023 which only stated the adoption fee was $100.00. I was told to zelle the adoption fee to a Wendell Manley at [email protected] which I did. then he proceeds to tell me that I will need to sent the vet Robert Amaya $150.00 if I want to pick up the kitten on Saturday 7/15/2023. I sent that $150.00 via zelle to Robert Amaya at [email protected]. Then on Friday 7/14/2023 Mike said the vet told him that the kitten would need additional vaccines and a checkup which was going to be an additional $300.00, he said he would cover $150.00 if i could cover the other $150.00 or if I minded to pay the $300.00. I sent him only $150.00 via Paypal and that was to Gejionovsky Male at [email protected]. I then called him at 816-393-6121 and his name is supposed to be Mike Ryan but he sounded foreign and not American which I should have been real suspicious. He was trying to explain to me about the fees he was charging and to me the shelter should cover those charges. On Saturday I head to pick up the kitten and on the way there he texts to say the vet still needs $100.00 because he was unable to come up with it even though I sent him (Mike) $150.00. So I stupidly zelle $150.00 to Zachary Breeding at [email protected]. He gets rude via texts because he know feels I thinks he's lying which that is what i was feeling. Then he texts and says I now need to send the foster person $150.00 and she'd then send me back $50.00 because these accounts only accept being sent $150.00. I refuse to send her money stating the contract only states the adoption fee is $100.00, so why am I sending various accounts all this money. He states the total fee is $650.00 which is not where in the contract or on the website. I tell to stop demanding money from me and I am not adopting the kitten. I request a refund via Paypal for the $100.00 and $150.00 I sent to Wendall and him. BUT of course that will never be returned. This company needs to be investigated and shut down!!!! (i have kept the text conversation on my phone)
