I ordered a kitten from Eccattery. Paid 500 plus 150 to ship via Zelle. Was given a website and a claim #. Web site stated transportation was on hold. By them I was told I needed to Zelle them $1000 for specific type crate. 90% refundable which I sent. Later I was asked for $840 for national health license and a USDA certificate to be refunded at 90%. I did not send this.
