I ordered some kayaks in September they costed 95$ I was watching the tracking number they gave me and when it said it was delivered I tried to contact my post office and neighbor to see if it was delivered there instead and it wasn’t I contacted Kiteocks they apologized said they would reship my order or refund it I asked to resend it the second time they used a different shipping company after it said it was in Watson Oklahoma it said they lost the order contact sender so I screenshot the message from shipping and sent to them and was gonna ask for a refund but they blocked my message I live on disability and can’t afford to have my money and couldn’t get my son a bday present I would really like to be able to get my money back I’ll send copies of our emails and tracking information
