The website offered Nama Cold Press Juicer Vitality 5800 for only $139.99 instead of $399.99. I received a slow juicer but not the Nama brand as on website. I tried returning it after 3 days of receiving it but no one on their customer service answers back after multiple emails. Paypal was alerted and they acknowledged that the product received is not the product advertised on the website. Paypal wants me to return the product to Hong Kong Island where the seller, Wang Xinchao, is registered. Paypal was informed of the shipping address and payment received in California under Wang Xinchao. Their decision is return it no matter what and receive your refund (costs $1000 in returning it because it is an international shipping) or receive their $100 voucher and the case is closed favoring the seller.
