I ordered a Nama juicer and received a China no name junker. I tired reaching out within 10 min of my purchase to cancel. I had a feeling it was a bad site. I had no response until a few days later when I was sent an email that shipping went out. Again? I sent another email stating I cancelled and wanted to stop purchase and requested a refund. Iv heard nothing back.
