Placed an order on the kintsugigeneration website on March 22, 2023. I have an order number and receipt. I followed up by email to find out status of order; Shortly after my email, On April 14, 2023 I get a notification by shop app that the US postal Service was electronically notified by shipper to expect package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. Delivery status information will be provided if/when available. I have a USPS tracking number however, the package has never been picked up at the Kintsugi Generation shop. I've written several emails on the website to resolve the order, establish some sort of communication but never got a response. I have left a phone message which was odd that there is no answer from a person. I made another attempt to Call to follow up with my recent message, unfortunately, the phone service mailbox is full, so I was unable to leave another message. I just discovered today & quite shocked that this shop is on Etsy, shopify, and Amazon. I wished I had paid by PayPal as they would have helped me resolved this transaction a long time ago. I am going to try to process a credit charge dispute however it has been passed 90 days. I truly was trying to resolve this with the merchant.
