I received an email that my auto-renewal of McAfee was charged. When I called the number on the Invoice, they said to get the refund that they charged, they had to download the refund form to my laptop. They logged in the SW, and it asked for my bank account. When I asked them to confirm the account, they told some bs story on how they can't refund it to the same account. I told them I was on my work laptop and he said I should ahve told him and started cussing at me and calling me a mf and b[censored] and other sexual threats. I told him I was reporting them, and he hung up and would not answer my calls any longer. I hard booted my laptop. Unsure if any files were added or what has happened. See attached letter.
the Manager said his name was Charlie Rodriquez but ummm, he was Hindu Indian with very strong accent. Probably not even in Los Angeles, where his phone number says he was calling from. The ID he gave me was 13141205
