I also ordered the garden kneeler bench. The 2 contact emails never get a response. When I refer back to my original confirmation email it says page not found!

I ordered a "garden kneeling bench" as seen on Facebook. Paid $99.99 an free shipping. Received an email verifying the purchase. I was given an email to contact with questions: [email protected]. The order was placed June 8 and I have not had contact since. I did not receive a shipping notice. So this week I began emailing [email protected] for the past four days and I have not received any response. Is this a scam? And if so, how do I proceed? They have already taken the funds from my account. Thanks for any support. I have a copy of the purchase and a copy of each email requesting cancellation and refund adjustment.
