Kingbo Online sells products and ships different products than ordered. I ordered a DOG RAMP and received a TOOTHBRUSH. They then bargain by offering a 30% refund and charge additional money to send the product back overseas (presumably China since that's where the toothbrush is from)! I have found MANY of the same complaints on PayPal's website, which is how one pays this company. They are fraudulent and should not be allowed to continue to operate!
