Never got the shoes I ordered

I ordered a pair of shoes for my daughters birthday 5 months ago and never got them ..I tried to find a contact detail but wasn’t able to contact them..My money was never refunded..I don’t live in the states so I have no clue
how to reach out to them or where they are located.If anyone had any contact details, kindly share them

It’s been 5 months since I’ve ordered two pairs of shoes and I haven’t received it yet. I contacted them many times and asked for refund but they didn’t refund the amount! ‼️‼️Please don’t order it’s a scam‼️‼️

I never received my shoes

I ordered one pair of shoes on April 24th and another pair on May 9th 2022.
I did not receive any of them, my loss is about USD 600.
The customer service don't reply to me now, and when they do they use automated answers.
I have no clue how to complain and take my money back

I ordered 4 pairs of sneakers from king-kicks.com who claim to be selling authentic sneakers, when they arrived to me they turned out to be counterfeit. I contacted them thru email to ask for a refund but they didn’t respond then I reached them out thru whatsapp and again asked for a refund but their response was very rude and unprofessional and after that they blocked me. I payed $1,361.50 for 4 authentic pairs but only received 3 pair and in the end they turned out to be counterfeit ! Please help Me to find a solution, I don’t live in the US but the scammer does
