Scammer created a legitimate-appearing website for the sale of puppies. Customer reached out to email the site to purchase a puppy. Customer sent payment for puppy and transportation. Customer was given a fraudulent bill of sale. Customer then began to receive multiple emails from foreign country requesting Western Union money order to pay for "insurance." Customer attempted to contact seller via telephone, seller's number was an automated number. Foreign individual returned phone call from blocked number.

This scammer uses multiple email addresses and is represented on several legitimate breeder sites. The content of the email sent is similar, and very sneaky asking how you will care for the puppy, send pictures, etc. When asked to provide the vet they are using or any specific questions on health, they evade them all. There are also some subtle english language mistakes. Then they ask for money to ship the pup.
