I contacted them first after seeing their website about a puppy. They emailed me looking for information on me etc. then I called and spoke with “John” on the phone. I told him I would come pick the puppy up as I was going to be in Oklahoma on Monday. He said he only ships puppies. I said, “no need to ship, I’ll come pick her up” again he said he only ships puppies. Then he became angry and speaking unintelligibly. I said I know this is a scam because if I could pick her up there wouldn’t be a problem and who sells cavelier King Charles puppies for 600.00 when they are typically 3000. He hung up.

I put his phone number in google and another Persian kitten website came up as well www.happypersiankittens.com

I also researched and he has scammed many different breeds of dogs changing his website name

King Charles empire is a “company” that claims that they sell King Charles Spaniard dogs. They allow you to go through the entire process of selecting a dog and ask that you send information such as your name and address, but they do not actually send the dogs. They claim that they need information about you as an animal owner and following payment, they stop responding to any messages or emails.

This company posts pictures of Cavalier King puppies for sale, but they don't have any of these puppies. They did everything through text and email and wouldn't take any other forms of payment when the first payment didn't go through. Then they were rushing to get the money from me. My husband found all of the pictures of the puppy they used on someone's instagram account that were from over a year ago - the exact same pictures and video of the dog they sent me. Clearly not a puppy anymore and not owned by them in Oklahoma because the lady who owned the instagram account was in London. Very dishonest, awful people trying to pose as a company. They are not breeders - do not show you pictures of the parents when I asked because they don't have any of the dogs and are just trying to steal money. They also conducted business and texted me at 1am and 2am in the morning which should have been my first clue they weren't legitimate.
