I went on the Cavalier King Charles website after a lot of correspondence via text with the company. I placed 500$ down to have a pup delivered to me and would pay the remaining $500 upon delivery. I sent the first amount of $500 via Venmo as they requested. I was the. Told another $150 was necessary for vet expenses and the then balance would be $350:upon delivery. I refused to pay this as this was not what I was told. I was the disrespected and told I would lose my $500 if I didn’t comply. I said I would pay the balance of $500 when I received the pup. It was left that I will not get th pup or my $500 refunded.

Please help me to find some kind of recourse for this. I’m extremely upset by this.
