I ordered your from an email that I received. Try the product for 30 days and only pay the shipping fee. The products names are Fresh Prime Keto and Fresh Prime Cleanse. I ordered the "sample" the shipping charges were $4.96 and $4.95. They arrived in about 5 days. I took one of the Keto pills and none of the Cleanse pills. I am a 71 year old diabetic/hypertensive female. I called my doctor and she advised I not continue with the product. About 9 days later, my credit card was charged $97.84 and $94.94. I called the number provided by my Visa provider, the name of the biller was "Direct Marketing - Other Direct Marketers (not elsewhere)". I called the number provided 855-999-9616. Turns out that I "subscribed" to the monthly shipment and although they accepted my cancellation, they will not allow me to return the product or refund my $192.78. They claim that I agreed (by confirming that I was over 18 years of age) to cancel 14 days after I placed the order to not be charged. I've disputed the charge with my Visa provider. I've searched for business licenses for both Kinetic body and Fresh Prime Keto and Direct Marketing-Other Direct Marketers, but did not get results.
Is there anyway to stop this kind of fraud?
