Kinder Mini Maltipoo is a business that claims to sell Maltipoo puppies. I had conversed back and forth with the site representative, Lex Carew ([email protected], 661-279-6634), through multiple emails and texts about purchasing a dog. On the day of, I was told early in the am by Lex that the registration and shipping process had been completed and that the dog would be shipped with American Airlines. Then all of a sudden I was notified that the dog was supposedly shipped with Mediterranian Shipping Company Ltd (mediterranianshippingcompanyltd.com). Though I was given a tracking number, the tracking reflected a status of "on hold" all day. When I tried contacting the shipping company, the number was a Google telephone number that would just ring until the voicemail prompt. I left a few messages on their VM, no response. I also sent texts to Lex, yet received no response until the next day, day 2. Even then, Lex stated, "This is the first time this has happened, contact the shipping company." I was still getting VM when I tried to do so. Meanwhile, Lex supposedly was able to get in contact with them and tells me that the shipping company said they had emailed me and called me. This never occurred. All-day back and forth with Lex via text, Lex is telling me that the company has emailed me. No email was ever received. Finally, Lex sends a text saying "I was told the dog needs an electronic crate and you'll need to rent one." I replied with a text stating, "So the puppy is supposedly just sitting there at the shipping company in whatever carrier you sent him in, with no food, and maybe no water. You said that you have shipped many dogs before. Why is such an important issue like an electronic crate just coming up now if you've done this before?" I still have not received a response. I did do some research on the company prior to making the actual purchase and I thought they were legit. I had requested to video chat with them to see the dog. Even though they said they didn't have the means to do so, they sent several pictures that seemed to be originals. I intended to pick the dog up myself and was given an address (*** ******* ***** ********* **., Grand Junction, CO, 81505), but I opted last minute for shipping. I also thought that I was safe because I only agreed to send the remainder of the puppy's cost once I received the puppy. I never agreed to Kinder Mini Maltipoo using this Mediterranean Shipping Co. Upon researching the shipping site, the site had already been reported several times to the Better Business Bureau.

Wanted to buy a puppy, told him won't pay the whole amount will send the deposit and he scheduled the delivery of the dog and then the shipping company started harassing me that I need to pay 1500 dollars refundable for the delivery. Researched the shipping company and they are a scam too.

So I told them I don't need the puppy and they both vanished after that.
