Total Disappointment

I tried to return my items by following their instructions and despite multiple attempts to request a refund all communication was cut off. Clothing was cheap and overall was a very bad experience.

Took months to receive my order, and when it finally came in it was very thin, poor quality. I requested a refund the day after I received it and they conveniently were not able to respond to my FOUR emails before the window closed for me to get a refund. Clearly got scammed.

Run…. Don’t buy anything!!!

Worst experience ever! Still have not received my clothes. Bought on may 5th and it says it was delivered …. But it wasn’t. Now it says shipping with no tracking number. I’ve reached out to customer service several times with no response!

Beautiful website, poor quality clothes, and purposely gives consumers run around on returns until the return window closes. My experience:

- ordered in 3/18

- finally delivered 4/25

- notified company it didn’t fit and requested refund same day (4/25)

- Finally rcv’d a return link on May 4, but the link says return window closed April 27

- company claims they can’t take the return b/c it’s after 4/27 despite the fact that I emailed them on 4/25, the same day the dress arrived

Item was terrible quality and not at all as described at time of purchase.

Kim and Avva is not an actual business that sells women’s clothing. They have a fake Instagram account and advertise on Facebook which has fake customer reviews as I don’t know if maybe a few people received their product but I never did. Once I threatened to report them to my bank or ScamPulse.com they sent me a fake USPS tracking number that could only be tracked on their website in some strange country where my dress was at a sorting facility for weeks! FB should be held liable for ensuring that they review people that they endorse. How can these people sleep at night being crooks. Get a real job like the rest of us have to! Stop being lazy and taking advantage of a single Mom ya jerk!
