I purchased a product from Killer Kurves Shapewear and when it arrived it did not fit. I sent 3 emails, left 3 voicemails, text and sent 2 messages via their chat box on their website. I have NEVER received a return message back from any of the ways I have contacted them.

I mailed, with my own money, the product back in exact condition as it was shipped to me. They received it because I have the receipt but has NEVER issues my refund or gave me the option to purchase the correct size. I am extremely frustrated. I am a single mother and every little penny is so important to me. This was something I had to save up for. Silly I know but it's true. So now I'm out a original cost + return shipping= $65.00.

They deleted my comment on Instagram, ignored all my emails. I'm filing a dispute with my bank and the better business bureau. SCAMMERS!

I paid for a shapewear. This website had alot of reviews. The item was suppose to ship 3 days after purchase. 15 days has passed, I can't reach anyone through email, phone nor social media. If you leave a comment on social media they'll delete it.

I’ve sent several messages about my order that was placed and no one replies, nor do they answer the phone. Now they have blocked me on all social media accounts. They have already received my payment, but yet I still have no product.
