In the time of covid a lot of businesses are reaching out to consumers to purchase items at a very discounted rate to stay afloat. I was supporting what I thought was a small business owner in need of help. The website is called KIKI Wigs, which is ripping off another company that helps cancer patients find their own little sparkle again with custom made Wigs. The difference is the scammer website is www.kikiwigss.com. The real website is kikiwigs.com. One small difference with major consequences. I was along with so many others ripped off. I paid 80.88 for something that I was going to donate. Instead what was revealed was something no one would want to wear. Their not real hair as listed. And the wigs are wrong. They're not a 360 lace frontal at all. So if one were to put it on to give you your sparkle back, you would be highly disappointed. They cannot be parted to give the effect that it looks real. It's sewn onto a cap with a lot of spacing. It's horrendous. After reaching out to let them know the order was incorrect, I was informed that I could tidy the units up due to long travel, while ignoring the fact that it's not at all what I purchased. After reiterating that the order was wrong and not acceptable I asked for a return label as well as a full refund of $80.88. They have an email by Esko Lajunen contact me to say they could do a 5% refund, which I rejected because it's not what I purchased. The units received are not listed on their website, nor did I order what was sent that I received. I then received another email from Esko Lajunen stating they would be willing to give me a 10% discount and I've also rejected that offer as well. I should not accept a partial refund for an incorrect shipment but a full refund of $80.88. Please beware that such a personal moment for some suffering from an illness are preyed upon and made to suffer just to get their sparkle back. Such a disappointment and shame. I'm completely disgusted that they would prey upon sick people.
