I purchased a loft bed from this company in February of 2022, and was informed the delivery would take several months (around May) due to supply chain issues and delays. However, no product was received, and attempts to check on the status of the order were ignored by the store's reception. Upon contacting the manager by email in October, I was informed the store was going bankrupt, and I was given a form via email to issue a refund. However, the form was an un-secured PDF, and asked for my card security number, which could easily be stolen. When I followed up asking for a secure refund method, no response was give.

I have filed a small claims case against the business, but a new business has since opened at the same address, and attempts to serve the defendant have been unsuccessful, as I am unable to identify a location to have the claim served to. Any information helping to track down the business or listed business agent Karen Aghayan would be immensely appreciated.

We went in to purchase our babies crib and dresser. We picked everything out and my mom and dad offered to pay to gift us the furniture for her room. My dad paid with a Visa credit card in full, upfront. They told us due to covid you will receive your furniture 8-12 weeks (by mid to end of January), we purchased back in November 12, 2022. We thought ok, that seems normal due to covid. I waited until min January and called them. They picked up and said your order will come end of January and we will give you a call to set up a delivery time. I said ok- I emailed and called them a few times after that, no response. I kept calling and emailing, no response. I called on February 6, 2023 and some man by the name of Michael picked up. I asked if this is Kids Only Furniture, he said oh I am sorry that establishment is closed. I said, what? What about my crib and dresser, he said he has no idea what to say and he's just there cleaning out the space for the new tenants. I asked if he had the contact info for the previous tenants he said no. I went on IG to message them, because I had an ongoing threat from November with them, and they changed their instagram name to La_kidsandbaby. These people changed the name and everything of their company. I am going to try to dispute these charges and I hope they will return my parents' money. This is ridiculous and these people need to pay for what they have been doing to multiple people. I believe the old owners names were Kristine and Vahe. That's all I know.
