Back on August 23, 2018 we ordered a trampoline from KidgsBigToy.com otherwise known as ChildrenShop Garden Place. Till this day we have yet to receive our order. We ordered one trampoline. We tried to be patient as items normally take longer to reach us here on Molokai. However, we have since tried several attempts to reach the business at the email given and to no avail. A few times we have receive mailer demon notices and other times just no response at all, on the same email address. We have last tracked our product at a Customs Tax Declaration, yet had no contact with the company as to what this means or how to take care of it. We are now out $104 dollars with no explanation as to what happened. Please beware everyone, especially those with young children as the website catches you with good deals and then just leaves you hanging.
