This company contacted me to be a brand representative for them. I bought two outfits from the website. When i told them the shipping and tracking info they sent wasn’t working and asked for updated info, they told me their app for tracking packages was broken. I followed up the next day and received no answer. My package finally arrived, but was missing one of the outfits. When I contacted the company, they told me they would look into it. I followed up two days later and received no answer. Then, they replied and said they would see about sending the outfit that was missing. When I followed up on tracking info for the second outfit, I received no answer. When I asked about their refund and return policy because there was not one on their website, they blocked me. I reached out via the email that was listed on their Instagram (kids_district) and have not received any reply
