Type of a scam Business Email Compromise
This scammer has contacted me multiple times via text.
The text say "This is Jim Righter. I'm at a conference. Are you getting my text?".
When I look up this individual on LinkedIn, they are also using a false identity as a "Kidde" employee, which coincidentally I once was.
This person is not a Kidde employee, and uses the logo as such - very misleading. - see here - https://www.linkedin.com/in/jim-righter-a5b0555/
This company / individual should be looked into.
