Purchased shoes January 25th, after weeks of no communication about shipment, tracking number, etc. I reached out only to get a automated response. Tried reaching out to their IG, no response. Emailed their CEO, COO and Consumer Experience Lead. No response. Its been a month and I still have not received the shoes. After doing a bit of research and reading comments on their company social media, this is a common practice they use. Beware of shopping with this establishment, I would not recommend shopping there at all.

Charges a $35 shipping charge when they do not have the item to even ship yet. Tried canceling within 12 hours of ordering and they said there would be a 15% restocking fee (including the shipping charge even though it didn’t ship) for a pair of shoes (not restocking furniture). After a week it is still processing. Contacted my credit card to dispute the charge.
