This company advertised on Offer Up a transmission jack for automotive repair, which when clicked was a link to their website to complete the purchase. When the purchase was completed with my credit card on their website I was directed to another website that attempted to secure information from me that was personal and not necessary for the transaction. This made me suspicious, so I called them 8 or 10 times and the phone number was dead, wouldn't even ring. I did not receive a response sent to the email contact either. For the first few days my purchase showed up on their website (using the purchase number they provided in their purchase confirmation email) to track my order, but then my order disappeared from their website on the 4-th day. It's been over 3 weeks now and I still have not received any response or information as to when my purchase will be delivered. I disputed the transaction with my credit card company. I believe this company is fraudulent and only exists to steal people's personal and financial information.
