custom made clothing had samples, was at a very reputable conference and hotel in Dallas for an *** conference, they were independent merchants with booths, there were many other booths similar with merchandise

*** *** *** i paid him 1000.00 dollars he was to send me custom embroidered outfits via DHL or fedex, phone disconnected and no response my bank has denied my claim as i had given him my card and signed - i do not know where they are, they have not provided tracking numbers or called me or provided proof of delivery of merchandise
