While surfing web for healthy weight loss program the ad for this product comes up. It states that it's a Free trial offer and you only pay shipping charges. Once you put in your information, it goes straight to payment and then you can not access the site. The Product is extremely late in arriving to you. And then the company charges your account the shipping and the full cost of product even though it was to be a free trial to see if you wish to continue using the product. I received the product only a couple days ago and they have already charged my account for full purchase. I called the company and offered to return the product for a full refund, but was told I could not because it was opened. This is nothing less than scam. No where was there anything about you being forced to make a purchase.

They made an ad online saying free one month bottle of there weight loss pill and that was a one time purchase they took not only one transaction but 2 of $90 so I was alerted from my fraud company and turns out this place has no phone number and they have no way of contacting them

This company paid a bunch of fitness models on Instagram to lie and say it helped them lose weight. The website offers a free trial and you just pay for shipping. Then out of nowhere they charge you 100$ and say it's because you didn't cancel your subscription in time. They offered only 30$ back. I even checked their terms and conditions. You have 17 days to cancel (which is only written in the terms and conditions you have to read the fine print at the very bottom of the web page to find it). Today is my 17th day and I cancelled. They confirmed my cancelation then sent me an email saying I didn't cancel early enough and there's no way they're giving me a full refund. They don't even mention a subscription anywhere other than their terms and conditions. This website is preying on people who are desperate and insecure about their weight.

I agreed to purchase keto diet pills for $6.95 and before authorizing the purchase I searched and read all the fine print to make sure there were no hidden fees or tactics to enroll me in a subscription. About 19 days later I received a charge for 89.96$. Immediately tried to find the company’s customer service number which was incredibly hard to do. After finally finding a phone number I sat on hold for 25 mins. Speaking with the agent she said the information was in the order page which it was not and said they were unable to refund my money. I pushed and said I will call my bank and she agreed to refund me 75% of my purchased amount. Reviewed the ingredients and they are basically trash and the product does contain what the they claim.
