Yahoo is trying to scam users! I’m not the only one having this issue! I have had my account for 3 years and have never had a problem until now! Yahoo has locked me out of my account purposely! I am frustrated because this account has all my personal documents In it such as tax records, images of my family’s social security card and birth certificates! I tried to log back in and they completely changed my recovery number to a number that has never been associated to me! I call them and make the complaint and they say I have to pay 12.99 a month to talk to someone! That doesn’t help!! They have locked so many people out of their accounts to get that subscription! It’s ridiculous it’s a scam!!! Something needs to be done!
