I received an text message that identified a William Maben a real estate investor from Mason, TN area who wanted to inquire if my property in Dyersburg, TN was for sale. The phone number they used to send this message was 901-676-8199. This is their 3rd attempt to try and purchase my property. I'm stating here now that said property is NOT FOR SALE OR RENT PERIOD! He's mailed letters claiming some big investor with cash on hand who'll be glad to buy today. His letter he mailed to my now address had no letterhead or company name nothing. Just a hi I'm William Maben and I'd like to buy your property. He's trying hard and I've blocked him from contacting my phone ever again unless he changes phone numbers. Yall watch out this guy is up to no good.
