I ordered an item online on Nov.30 for a Christmas gift for my granddaughter. They immediately confirmed my order and billed my credit card. As it got closer to Christmas I contacted them numerous times for delivery updates. They emailed back and said “the order was being processed”.The item #KFY-6448 never was received, but they billed my credit card and received payment.No phone # was available.A customer service rep name was given,Birgie Jep. This was on my many email exchanges.I did report this to my credit card company in Jan.2020. I think this is a bogus company especially after the address on my credit card was www.auroragoods.com out of Hong Kong.
