I was sent a money order for 996.00 and I was supposed to keep 200.00, use 16.00 for shipping a 780.00 check to a woman in the Philippines. The money order is from the Post Office and I am supposed to buy Money Gram money order to send to the Philippines. The money order is from South Carolina, but the guy's address on the envelope is from Houston Texas.
