I ordered a product almost a year ago and it didn’t work for me so I never ordered it again. Now almost a year later I get a call saying I owe $1089 because I only paid for the introductory price for 1 bottle not the 6 they sent. I ordered the 6 bottles and paid for them. A man calling himself John David then came on the phone and said he was the manager and could discount the amount to $589.22. The first man I talked to John Simmons said I would be turned over to collections if I didn’t pay. I gave him my credit card number. After hanging up I called the bank and asked them to put a hold on the charge then looked up the ScamPulse.com and saw where they had scammed or attempted to scam others as well

I was ordering 3 bottles of gummies for just about $200 or a bit more. When I put through the payment I didn't show what I purchased with the price they were charging and the charge was $319 and change. I reported it to my bank that it was fraud and they credited my account pending an investigation. I called the company and told them I reported them and they hung up on me. My bank since has debited my account again so I called and offered to send the product I received back, it has not been opened. They told me that I couldn't return it or get a refund. I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor and she told me she didn't have access to their number and couldn't transfer me and she couldn't give me their names.
