La cual da algunas dietas y ejemplos de alimentación. El problema es que dando seguimiento al envío, este se freno y no se movía de Denver Colorado, por lo que mande un email a [email protected] quejándome de esto. para lo que inmediatamente me informaron que mandarían una nueva orden, inmediatamente me llego el mail con el nuevo numero de pedido y la nueva guía. así pasaron 5 meses más, es julio del 2019 y desde febrero nunca llego mi compra.
Después de varios intentos para escribirles pues el correo simplemente decía que ya no existía, logre que me contestaran, su respuesta fue que lamentaban que el producto no hubiera llegado pero que si quería reembolso, tendría que esperar a que llegara mi compra y devolverlo no sin antes mandarles un correo para hacerles saber que ya lo regresaría.
Entre varios alegatos y al exigirles mi dinero, me ofrecieron mandarme de nuevo el producto pero ahora en la modalidad de envío express, mismo que no ocurrió. No acepté el envío y sin embargo "dicen que lo hicieron", me mandaron un número de guía que corresponde al número de guía que me mandaron en febrero, en donde revisando el número de guía en: www.parcelmonitor.com dice que el paquete esta en México desde marzo. Como puede pasar que se haga un pedido en julio del 2019 y el paquete esté en México desde marzo del 2019?
Esta empresa es un FRAUDE y quiero mi dinero.
