My name is Gracie Rios. I bought so keto pills. Then a month later they charge me 199.00 for 5 more bottles. Call the company to get the product returned and get a refund. This happen on May 23, 2022. Was told that I needed to keep them for three months before I could return them and get a refund. So I did send it with a tracking number. They did receive the product but on deposited 93.00 dollars. They are saying that the other 199.00 were tried to be deposited but that it would not go through. That I need to talk to the financial advisor the get it resolved.the order # is 566119 and the RMA# 5661191067055073 please send me an email is [email protected]
