Ordered via a facebook ad for ketology gummies to help with weight loss. Ordered 3 bottles for $159.99 and when I tried to proceed, there was an add on option for cleanse capsules that I did not want but in order to proceed with the purchase, the only continue button available automatically added it on for $59.99. I got the cleanse and gummies the following week, but now they have continued to charge my card monthly as a subscription that I did not agree to. I have called a number and sent an email to cancel and get a refund, and have received no response from the company. I ended up having to cancel my credit card.

Keto gummies advertised at $39.99 ea. Buy 3 get 2 free but I was charged 199.99 for 5. They tried to take an additional 199.99 but my CC alerted me so it was stopped, cared closed.

The sales pitch was no change in diet or exercise. Guaranteed. There was not upfront info on this being a subscription service. I returned the 2nd pkg because no one returns calls or answers phone. I just got a 3rd pkg. I am livid. This is a scam. No weight loss (bought for disabled adult son). It is just apple cider vinegar gummies. No way to cancel this scam. Delivers via USPS from GGDC Fulfill Service which uses same address as on bottle. I am trying to find legal entity for reporting this scam. I assume Post Master General...or FDA.
