I received 3 bottles of KetoGenix which I did not order and they were charged to my credit card for 190.00 plus dollars. My Charge card company contacted me of possible fraud charge on my card and this was the fraud charge. My charge card canceled my card and has issued me a new one. I received these pills in the mail 3 days later the purchase date says 4/7/2021. The shipping return address did not have a company name. The shipper label does not have company name or phone number, The pill bottle does not have any contact information. I can not contact this company and really I am not sure I want to speak with them,

The shipping label had a made up email address for me.

4/27/2021 received 3 more bottles of Keto pills from KETO ES . My new charge card received a fraud charge 60.69 that my charge card company declined. They have canceled this card and issuing me another card. Again the shipping return address is 7780 49th St N. Suite 516, Pinellas Park Fl. 33781. Shipper label did not have company name or phone number.

I ordered a SAMPLE of one bottle of Ketogenix (1 month's supply) supposedly for $5. Two weeks later I received a package with 5 bottles. When I checked my credit card statement, I discovered that I had been billed $198.70. When I called about a refund, I was told I would be charged $5/bottle returned as a "replacement fee".

Although I did get an official "RMA" number to process the return, I never received their promised return label. Paid for this myself and enclosed a letter with the return asking them NOT to charge $7.95 for shipping as I never received the return label; at this point not expecting them to honor it.

This company advertised a price of 4.95$ written like that. When i place my order the summary said I had ordered five at $49.95! I succeeded in getting them to cancel the order (I hope). I can show a copy of their ad here.

A purchase was made at 4:31pm, received order confirmation email at 5:28pm providing order number, cancelled the order and received confirmation email with the same order number as in the order confirmation email. After reviewing my credit card statement, I was charged 3 times, $1.99, $149.91, $34.98. I have called twice this morning, no one will refund me any of the charges. They stated the $1.99 was for an ebook that I have never received, $149.91 is for Keto pills that I never received, and no one will tell me what the $34.98 charge was for. One person told me the product is on its way, but refuses to provide a shipment confirmation email or a tracking number. I asked where the company is located because there is no address on their website or in their email and one person said its against policy to disclose that information, but another person said the address was P.O. Box 13009, Scottsdale, AZ 85267, but still has yet to confirm the company name. Credit card says CHS, email says KetoGenix, website says KetoFast
